Do you also manage Windows Devices?
Yes and No. While our core expertise is Apple environments, we can provide basic support for your Windows devices. Almost anyone can administer Windows โ except us, because our true strength lies in Apple systems. But almost no one can manage Apple at the level we do.
If you have just a few Windows devices, weโre happy to include them in our User Care 365 service and ensure theyโre covered alongside your Apple fleet. If your Windows environment is larger or more complex, we can connect you with one of our trusted partners who specializes in that area. We donโt use Apple Macs. Why should we? They are expensive and we canโt handle them!
